Return and Refund Policy

Cancel the order

1. Once placed, your order will be processed as soon as possible, so it may not be possible to cancel the order being processed. (To request a cancellation please contact Customer Service at email within 24 hours and we will attempt to stop or modify the order.)

2. Once an item has produced or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

3. In most cases custom, special order and non-returnable items cannot be cancelled.

4. After submitting the cancellation request, it will take us a few days to process it. We will send the result to you by email, please pay attention to check it.


Return Policy

1. Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Please note that Flash Sale, free gifts and Clearance items  cannot be returned. 

2. Items returned to us that meet the following guidelines will be fully refunded for the cost of the merchandise. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

  •  Returned within 14 days of receipt
  • Sale items must be returned within 7 days of receipt
  • Must be in resalable condition
  • Must be free from scratches and/or defects
  • Must not have been installed
  • Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging
  • Must not have any writing on the original packaging
  • Must not be missing pieces
  • Must not be clearance/liquidations/closeout

Any items that do not meet the above criteria will be subject to a restocking fee.

The original shipping charges cannot be refunded and you will be responsible for the postage for returns.

Warm reminder: Please check the order content clearly before placing an order. If it is a buyer's problem that caused the wrong purchase, the return shipping fee is paid by the buyer. Thank you!

Return Conditions

1. For items with no quality issue, please ensure the returned items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached and the original packaging. All return requests must be authorized by our customer service team before shipping to our returned address.

2. For items with quality or size issue, please contact our customer service with some clear pictures to show the problem. Once confirmed, return address will be send to you immediately.

For below circumstances, customers could contact us for return or refund:

1) Received wrong or damaged item(s)

2) Items are not as described on product page

3) Received faulty item(s)

4) Missing item(s)

5) Poor material or workmanship



Unfortunately, fragile items are sometimes damaged in shipping. We also understand the need to pre-order and plan for your design needs. As part of that process, we ask that you inspect all items individually once they arrive so that any damage claims can be made immediately. If your item arrives damaged or with parts missing, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt of the item(s). We will arrange a prompt replacement of the item. We will also request that you provide photos of any damaged product, along with the product packaging. Please contact our Customer Service Team and we will be happy to replace the item or send replacement parts as soon as possible. In some instances it is possible to repair damages and/or defects with replacement parts. When this is the case, we reserve the right to utilize this as a solution.

If it is for quality reasons (the degree of damage reaches the return standard - completely unusable/50% damage), our company is willing to bear the return shipping cost, the customer does not need to pay.

The goods arrived but not picked up

If your order arrives at your address and the courier contacts you for picked up. However, if you fail to pick up the goods within the time limit, the goods will be returned or destroyed. Our company is not responsible. Please double-check the delivery information and address before placing an order to avoid unnecessary charges. Thank you for your understanding and support! 

(address errors will result in new charges for address modification, which is also the buyer's responsibility) 

Return Process

Please carefully follow our return process to minimize any delays: 

1. If your item is qualified to be returned, please Submit a Request in our Support Center stating your:

• Order number

• SKU number or product name

• Reason for return

2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours.

3. Please return the item to the return address we provided and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.

4. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange refund or exchange as requested immediately.


Important Notice

1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address that our customer service provide to you.

2. Please make sure you don't include non-Lighting-Forest items in your return package by accident. We will not be responsible for sending those items back to you.

3. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of return tracking number when shipping back your returns.


Return address and refunds

1. You will need to send your returning products to our warehouse. Please always Contact Us: service@lighting-forest.com prior to returning the items by Submitting a ticket to obtain return address. Please DON'T return your package to any address indicated on the shipping label of the package received, we cannot be held responsible if packages are returned to the wrong address.

2. It generally takes us up to 5-7 business days to process a refund. Once the refund is processed on our end, we will email you a confirmation.

3. For returned items needing a refund, the package must first be processed back into our warehouse after we receive your package. It usually takes about 10 days to receive your package and handle refund.

4. All PayPal payment can only be refunded via PayPal, all Credit Card payment will only be refunded to the original Credit Card.
In the unlikely event that you haven't received an email after the time frame shown above, please Contact us, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@lighting-forest.com.
