Return and Refund Policy

Cancel the order

1. Once placed, your order will be processed as soon as possible, so it may not be possible to cancel the order is being processed. (To request a cancellation. Contact us by email within 24 hours, and we will attempt to stop or modify the order.)

2. Once an item has been produced or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

3. In most cases, we can not cancel orders for customizations, special orders, and non-returnable items.

4. After submitting the cancellation request, it will take us a few days to process it. We will send the result to you by email. Please pay attention to check it.


Return Policy

1. Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Please note that Flash Sale, Free Gifts, and Clearance items cannot returned. 

2. We will refund the cost of the merchandise you return to us if it meets the guidelines below. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  •  Make a return request within seven days of receiving the goods, return the package, and submit the tracking number within 14 days.
  • Must be in resalable condition
  • Must be free from scratches or defects
  • Must not have been installed
  • Have to be in the original manufacturer's box and packaging
  • Must not have any writing on the original packaging
  • There must be no missing pieces
  • Must not be clearance/liquidations/closeout

Please note that any package that does not meet the description above will not be refundable.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is your responsibility.

Warmly reminder: Please check the order content clearly before placing an order. We will not be responsible for any order errors caused by the buyer. Thank you! (Freight and customs duties need to be paid by the buyer)

3. You can call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office. 

4. Before returning a package, please contact us by email to obtain the return address.

Return Conditions

1. For returns of products without quality issues, ensure that the returned goods are unworn, unwashed, not damaged, and come with original tags and the original packaging. All return requests must be approved and authorized by our Customer Service Teams. Only then can it be shipped to our returns address. 

If you return the package to our warehouse without our consent, we will not issue a refund and are not responsible for returning the package.

2. For items with quality or size issues, contact our customer service with some clear pictures to show the problem. Once confirmed, we will send you the return address immediately.

For the below circumstances, customers could contact us for a return or refund:

1) Received wrong or damaged item(s)

2) Items are not as described on the product page

3) Received faulty item(s)

4) Missing item(s)

5) Poor materials or craftsmanship



Unfortunately, fragile items sometimes get damaged during shipping. We also understand the need to pre-order and plan for your design needs. As part of that process, we ask that you inspect all items individually to detect problems and claim promptly. If your item arrives damaged or with parts missing, you must notify us within three days of receipt of the item(s). We will arrange a prompt replacement of the item. We will also request that you provide photos of any damaged product, along with the product packaging. Contact us at service@lighting-forest.com, and we will be happy to replace the item or send replacement parts as soon as possible. In some instances, we may be able to repair damage or defects by re-issuing parts. In this case, we reserve the right to use this as a solution.

Return Shipping

If the buyer receives a package that is more than 50% damaged, our company is willing to bear the return shipping costs, and the buyer does not need to pay.

The goods arrived but not picked up

If your order arrives at your address, the courier contacts you for pick up. However, if you fail to pick up the goods within the time limit, the goods will be returned or destroyed. Our company is not responsible. Please double-check the delivery information and address before ordering to avoid unnecessary charges. Thank you for your understanding and support! 

(address errors will result in new charges for address modification, which is also the buyer's responsibility) 

Return Process

Please carefully follow our return process to minimize any delays: 

1. If your item is qualified to be returned, please Submit a Request to our Support Center stating your:

• Order number

• SKU number or product name

• Reason for return

2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours.

3. Please return the item to the return address we provided and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.

4. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange a refund or exchange as requested.


Important Notice

1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. It is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You can only send package(s) to the address provided to you by our customer service.

2. Please make sure your return package does not accidentally contain non-Lighting-Forest items. We will not be responsible for sending those items back to you.

3. We are not liable for return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of return tracking number when shipping back your returns.


Return address and refunds

1. You will need to send your returning products to our warehouse. Please always contact us at service@lighting-forest.com before returning the items by Submitting a ticket to obtain the return address. Please DON'T return your package to any address indicated on the shipping label of the package you received. We are not responsible if a package returns to the wrong address.

2. Order refunds usually take 5-7 working days to process. Once the refund is complete, we will send you a confirmation via email.

3. Orders have been returned and signed for by our warehouse, and we need 3-5 days to inspect the package. It usually takes about ten days after we receive the package to process the refund.

4. All PayPal payments can only refunded via PayPal. All Credit Card payments will only refunded to the original Credit Card.
In the unlikely event that you haven't received an email after the time frame shown above, contact us, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

If you have not received a refund after the above time, check your account.
Then contact your credit card company, and your refund may take some time to reach your account. Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some time to process the refund. If you’ve done all of them but still have not received your refund, contact us at service@lighting-forest.com.
